At Drive Medical at Home, we want you to feel confident in your style; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags securely attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
